Sleeps 2 in King Size Bed
This gorgeous conversion is set across the quiet lane from the rest of Southole Barns and so enjoys an extra measure of privacy. The barn, converted from the original farm outbuildings, has a cottage feel with beams and country kitchen. It's very spacious with a Super King bedroom, bathroom with shower, living area and a well equipped kitchen/diner. Outside the beautiful cottage gardens and two acre wild flower meadow are shared with the owners.
With no wifi and intermittent mobile reception this is a place for nature addicts not screen addicts, and if you want to bring a small or medium sized dog you're very welcome (£20pw). There is a resident friendly dog on site, and owners too, so your pooch will need to be fine with four legged friends, and two!

Sleeps 2: One Superking Room
Smudgers Barn is situated directly over the quiet lane from the main barns and is set in a beautiful cottage garden which it shares with the owners and their friendly dog.
The barn has a super king bed with memory foam mattress and lovely vintage and antique furniture with modern en-suite shower room.
The living space is spacious with a lounge area with comfy leather sofa and armchair and dining/side table, TV, DVD player, and a selection of books and DVDs. This leads to the kitchen with additional dining table, fitted kitchen and all the mod cons for a home from home.
Outside is off street parking, patio area and the shared cottage garden, and a wildflower meadow with picnic table for al fresco meals while watching the abundant wildlife.
All of the accommodation is on one level though the gardens and the are are hilly.
We accept up to two well behaved medium dogs in this barn but they must be fine with the resident pooch and visiting children. We make an additional charge of £20 per dog per week.
Mobile reception is also limited though Vodafone works quite well.
Cot and high chair available on request.
